Wayne Grzecki

Wayne M. Grzecki, ESQ.

Advisory Board Member

Prior to retirement, Wayne spent the better part of the last three decades leading one of New England’s largest and most successful financial planning firms.  During that period, he took tremendous pride in being one of the innovators and a stalwart supporter of the financial planning industry. For every family relationship that Wayne partnered with, he always strived to create and deliver a best-in-class service model and solution set. He was able to accomplish this by collaborating with some of the industry’s best thinkers and creating unique solutions. At a personal level, Wayne also took great pleasure in mentoring a good number of the next generation’s leaders, some of whom have founded Stage Harbor.

As an Advisory Board member, Stage Harbor leadership will consistently draw upon Wayne’s experience, knowledge and never-ending creativity. These skills will be levered in a way that challenges Stage Harbor leadership from an external point of view; continually focused on delivering excellent client service and industry leading solutions.

Wayne currently resides in beautiful Kiawah Island, S.C. with his wife Maggie and their beloved bouvier George. Realizing there is never a dull moment in life, they enjoy whatever daily adventures come their way.
